Returns & Exchange

Mishaps occur, and we understand that circumstances may prompt you to return or exchange a product. At Risco Tech, we’ve designed a straightforward and hassle-free policy to assist you in obtaining the right product for your system. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a product page, the following guidelines govern all Risco Tech purchases:

General Return Guidelines

For a Risco Tech product to qualify for a return, the original invoice must be provided. Prior to initiating a return, please contact Customer Service for verification of the product’s condition. The goods must be in a sufficiently good (brand new) condition to qualify for a return. Please note that the shipping costs for returnable items to Risco Tech and the shipping of replacement items back to the customer are not covered by us.

Exchange & Return Policy

  • Exchange or Return is permissible within 15 days from the date of delivery, subject to the outlined terms.
  • Original Invoice & Warranty Card must accompany the return, and the product (including the unit carton) should be unused and unopened (original seal unbroken), along with accessories & FOC items, if applicable.
  • No Exchange or Return applies to certain product categories: All Accessories, Software, Cartridges & Toners.
  • Refunds will be issued as Credit Vouchers / Credit Memos only, redeemable within 6 months. No cash or credit card refunds will be processed.
  • A re-stocking fee of 20% of the invoice value may apply to selected products.
  • “On Request” items are not eligible for return.
  • Customers outside Lebanon bear the responsibility of shipping costs back to Risco Tech’s office in Lebanon.
  • The product must be 100% intact and in the same condition as when sold, with unopened original packaging.
  • Packaging materials, including disks, CDs, manuals, warranty cards, and digital media, must be returned with the item.

Items Ineligible for Refund or Exchange:

  • Accessories
  • Monitors
  • Laptops
  • Adapters and cables
  • Software products
  • Products with cloud ID
  • Cartridges
  • Toners
  • Bulk Orders (more than 3 pieces of one item)
  • “On Request” items

Supplier and/or Manufacturer Restrictions

Some suppliers/manufacturers may impose restrictions preventing our customer service staff from processing certain returns/exchanges. Requests related to such items must be directed to the manufacturer and/or supplier.

Consumable Products

Consumable products, including ink cartridges, toner cartridges, and blank media discs, are not eligible for return/exchange through Risco Tech. Support and issue resolution for these products must be sought directly from the manufacturer.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable under this policy, will be issued in the form of a Store Credit Voucher. Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee. Risco Tech does not provide cash or credit refunds, and all Store Credit Vouchers must be redeemed within six months of issue.

All return/exchange items undergo inspection by a Risco Tech customer service team member, and we reserve the right to reject any requests not in accordance with this policy.
