Returns & Exchange Policy

Mishaps can happen, and we understand that certain situations may require a return or exchange. At Risco Tech, we aim to keep the process clear, transparent, and hassle-free. Unless otherwise stated on a product page, the following policy applies to all Risco Tech purchases.


General Return Guidelines

  • The original invoice must be presented for any return or exchange.
  • Customers must contact Customer Service before initiating a return to verify product condition.
  • Products must be in brand-new condition to qualify.
  • Shipping costs for returning items and sending replacements are not covered by Risco Tech.

Exchange & Return Conditions

  • Exchange or return requests must be made within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • The original invoice and warranty card must be included.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • All accessories, FOC items, and unit cartons must be returned.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply to selected products.
  • Refunds are issued as Store Credit Vouchers only, valid for 6 months.
  • No cash or credit card refunds are provided.
  • “On Request” items are non-returnable.
  • Customers outside Lebanon are responsible for shipping costs back to our Lebanon office.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Accessories
  • Monitors
  • Laptops
  • Adapters and Cables
  • Software Products
  • Products with Cloud ID
  • Cartridges and Toners
  • Bulk orders (more than 3 units of the same item)
  • “On Request” items

Supplier & Manufacturer Restrictions

Certain suppliers or manufacturers may impose restrictions that prevent Risco Tech from processing returns or exchanges. In such cases, customers must contact the manufacturer or supplier directly.


Refund Policy

Approved refunds are issued exclusively as Store Credit Vouchers. These vouchers must be redeemed within six months of issuance and may be subject to a restocking fee. Risco Tech does not offer cash or credit card refunds.


All returned or exchanged items are subject to inspection by a Risco Tech customer service representative. We reserve the right to decline any request that does not comply with this policy.
